Project 1 (Group): - Assessing Daylight & Thermal Comfort at Modern Houses

In this project, I was working with my teammates to create 2 infographic A2 boards regarding ideas on how to maximize daylight and thermal comfort for our chosen modern house. We had to choose either a double-story semi-detach house or a double-story corner lot. Through this project, we got to do a site visit to the house to conduct research, and get the measurements for the place to draw our orthographic and axonometric plans, lux reading, the wind rose reading, and so on. We delegated work to each other, and there was some problems with understanding certain aspects, however, I was thankful that my teammates and I were able to help each other, allowing us to understand more of the assignment. At the end of this project, I gained a better understanding on certain concepts and ideas for our passive design solution, and other topics such as psychrometric chart, wind rose and daylighting.
